These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Peter Olivadoti Healing.

1. Services

Sessions are professional energy healing consultations delivered online via Zoom unless otherwise agreed in advance.

2. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a session.

* Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session will receive a full refund.

* Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

* Missed appointments are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

4. Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled session time is not permitted.

5. Health Disclaimer

Energy healing is a complementary practice and does not replace medical, psychological, or professional healthcare advice.

Clients remain responsible for their own health and wellbeing decisions.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and access to Zoom at the scheduled time.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information and session discussions are treated as confidential in accordance with UK data protection laws.

8. Acceptance

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
