Refund Policy

All energy healing sessions must be paid for in advance at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice to receive a full refund or to move your booking to another available time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable.

If Peter Olivadoti Healing needs to cancel a session, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative appointment time.
