Cancellation Policy (24-hour notice)
Cancellations and rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled session start time. Requests made within 24 hours of the session are considered late cancellations and are not eligible for a refund. If you do not attend your session (no-show), the session fee is non-refundable.
